    Sony VRD-MC5 Multi-function DVD Recorder No Power Cord Broken For Parts Repairs.
    The recorder will power on with a power cord but if you move the cord it does turn off. A small yellow piece is broke off inside where you plug it in. It does not include a power cord.
    I don’t have any blank DVDs to test it further.
